Mr. Fleisher has practiced law in the Philadelphia area since 1979. From 1981 to 1992, Mr. Fleisher practiced commercial law  with the firm of Duane, Morris & Heckscher (now Duane Morris LLP). From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Fleisher served as chief counsel to National Media Corporation, a global direct response marketing company then listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

In 1997, Mr. Fleisher established his present office. Drawing on his experiences as both outside and in-house corporate counsel, Mr. Fleisher recognized a need within corporate legal departments for experienced, dependable counsel to handle overflow transactional work on an expedited and highly personalized basis. While building a practice on that foundation, Mr. Fleisher also found many smaller businesses and individuals in need of the same types of services.

In the intervening years, the office has assisted a wide variety of business and individual clients with their transactional needs. Those clients include major international corporations in businesses as diverse as pharmaceuticals and electronic marketing, as well as smaller companies and individuals in information technology and numerous other business areas.
